Tower Energy installed a brand new gas boiler for me in February 2016. Had an issue recently with the baseboards staying warm on the thermostat was off. I called Tower Energy and they were out the very next day and kept coming back until the issue was resolved. They have a great team over there from the people who answer the phones to the technicians to come to your house. They are committed to making the customer happy. I would recommend them to anyone. When purchasing my home, the previous owner had a Rinnai boiler that was installed by Tower Energy almost 4.5 years ago now. Not knowing anything about the heating system, I called Tower Energy and they came out and explained it needs very little maintenance and what type of maintenance it did actually need. Over the past 2 years, I have had a number of issues with the boiler to the point where it was quite frustrating to not have heat or hot water several times and Tower Energy has responded each time. This past week the Rinnai boiler began acting up again and Tower Energy and Nick, the owner, went above and beyond and rectified the situation after a major issue occurred, by replacing the entire system at no cost. I am very thankful to Nick and his amazing team at Tower Energy. Steve one of his technicians walked me through everything thoroughly explaining it and more then happily answering my questions. Very please with my experience with Plainville Oil!! Called at 8am because my furnace wasn’t working they came out within 2 hours!! Fixed the problem! Michelle and Kathy were extremely helpful!! And the technician was amazing!! Definitely recommend this company!!
